EZ Pay system

EZ Pay is a system that simplifies the disbursement of prizes as well as the deposits at the gambling machines. EZ Pay replaces payouts in gambling tokens. Winnings are paid out in accordance with the new system, which means that the gambling machine prints out a ticket instead of disbursing the prize in tokens.

Upon pressing the "cash out" key, the gambling machine prints out a ticket (CASHOUT TICKET), on which the value of prize, i.e. the disbursement, is shown. You can insert this ticket into the banknote slot at another gambling machine that is also a part of the EZ Pay system and thus continue your game with the same credit value. If you do not want to continue, you can cash out the ticket at the cashier’s desk in the gaming salon. Keep in mind that the ticket is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

SPECIAL FEATURES
• We also use the tickets that you receive as the obligatory exchange upon entering the gaming salon. The "PLAYABLE ONLY" tickets cannot be cashed out at the gaming salon cashier’s desk, they are only accepted by the gambling machines in the Kongo gaming salon. This means that the value of these tickets must be gambled away at the gambling machines. The “Playable Only” ticket is valid on the day of issue as well as on the following working day only.

• At the gaming salon cashier’s desk, you can, besides all the previously mentioned tickets, also purchase tickets called »PURCHASED TICKET«. With the introduction of these tickets, it is no longer necessary to exchange currencies and purchase tokens at the gaming salon cashier’s desk. The cashier issues you a ticket that you insert into the gambling machine, which is part of the EZ Pay system. The validity of these tickets is 30 days from the day of issue.

• All tickets that are either expired or damaged, copied or stolen are not valid and will not be paid out.

• The player is obliged to check the accuracy of the information on the printed ticket (value, date of expiry). If the information on the ticket does not match the actual facts, the player is obliged to immediately inform the personnel of the gaming salon. Claims after the fact will not be valid.

• The gaming salon is not responsible for damages a guest suffers due to theft, copying or loss of EZ Pay system tickets.

• The gambling machines that enable deposit and disbursement of this kind are marked by "EZ Pay".

• An EZ Pay system malfunction annuls all games and prizes.
