1st Organiser
Organiser of the play contest is Kongo Hotel & Casino, d.d. – Igralni salon, Ljubljanska 65, 1290 Grosuplje.
2nd Duration of the game
The playing contest starts on 8.9.2005 at 6 p.m. and takes place until at least 31.12.2007. Bingo games are on our programme three times a week.
3rd Participants in the game
Purchase is not a condition for participating in the game. Everyone can participate in the play contests who acquires coupons for playing cards. These you can acquire:
• On entry into the gaming salon (upon registration at the reception desk).
Coupons for playing cards can also be acquired by presenting the coupon for free entry, with a special questionnaire which you can order on the free telephone number 080 13 19. You must tell your personal data to the personnel of the organiser: name, surname and address of your stay and the organiser will send you the questionnaire. You will fill in the questionnaire and return it by post to the organiser's address. You will soon receive by post the coupon for free entry in the gaming salon. This coupon can be sent to all persons concerned once a week at the most.
4th Special features in acquiring coupons for playing cards
As of 1.8.2006 the back side of the coupons for playing cards is marked with the number of acquired playing cards (2 or 3).
Each player who enters the gambling salon (registration) between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. of the following day will acquire a coupon for playing cards, marked with the number 3, which means that when presenting the coupon he will be awarded 3 playing cards;
Each player who enters the gambling salon (registration) between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. will acquire a coupon for playing cards, marked with the number 2, which means that when presenting the coupon he will be awarded 2 playing cards.
5th Participation in the Bingo game
Coupons for a playing card are marked with the date of expiry of validity of the coupon and may be used for one of the first three plays following the date of acceptance of the coupon. On the back side of the coupon for playing cards the number of playing cards is stated which the guest receives when presenting the coupon. The guest must keep all coupons until the day of the game. Two hours before the start of the game the guest exchanges the coupon for playing cards with playing cards at the marked place in the gaming salon.
6th Course of the play contest
Bingo Bongo is a play contest where the owner of a playing card with 25 numbered fields tries to as quickly as possible cover the fields with numbers, drawn by the leader of the game. These fields form the winning combination which is different for each Bingo play. The twenty-fifth field, which is marked with a serial number and is in the centre of the playing card, does not take part in the game and can be covered. With the playing card you can participate in four games of a Bingo game.
Each Bingo game is followed by a new game. This means that all fields on the playing cards which have already been covered must be uncovered and the game starts all over again.
Playing cards are marked with serial numbers and can be used only in one Bingo game.
7th Time for playing Bingo games
The organiser carries out the Bingo game:
• Every Tuesday at 9:00 p.m.
• Every Thursday at 9:00 p.m. and
• Every Sunday at 9:00 p.m.
8th Bingo game
The game consists of four games with different winning combinations:
• The game COLUMN
In the game COLUMN the winner is the first player to have covered all the numbered fields (4-5) in any column.
• The game CORNERS
In the game CORNERS the winner is the first player to have covered all the numbered fields (4) in all four outer corners of the playing card.
• The game CIRCLE
In the game CIRCLE the winner is the first player to have covered all the numbered fields (8), which encircle the field with the serial number in the middle of the playing card.
• The game BONGO
In the game BONGO the winner is the first player to have covered all the numbered fields (24) of the playing card.
A player, who has covered the winning combination, must immediately announce this to the leader of the game by loudly saying BONGO.
The player has one minute to show the playing card with the valid winning combination to the leader of the game.
If a player calls Bongo one number too late, this number will be valid.
9th Prizes
• The game COLUMN:
Playing card in the amount of € 50
• The game CORNERS:

More prizes are possible in this game:
SUPERBONGO: If the player covers all numbered fields by the time when 50th number has been drawn. This will bring the player a prize in the amount, which is in the prize fund at that moment. The basic prize fund is € 5,000 and increases after each Bongo game without the prize Superbongo for another € 500. If the SUPERBONGO is paid out, in the next Bongo game the prize fund SUPERBONGO is again € 5,000.
BONGO FEVER:
When the SUPERBONGO prize fund increases to € 14,500, in the following games with the prize fund of € 15,000 and more »BONGOFEVER« will be started:
o If the player covers all numbered fields by the time the 51st number has been drawn, he wins the prize of 50 (fifty) percent of the prize fund. The basic prize fund is decreased for 50 (fifty) percent.
o If the player covers all numbered fields by the time the 52nd number has been drawn, he wins the prize of 25 (twenty-five) percent of the prize fund. The basic prize fund is decreased for 25 (twenty-five) percent.
o If the player covers all numbered fields by the time the 53rd number has been drawn, he wins the prize of 10 (ten) percent of the prize fund. The basic prize fund is decreased for 10 (ten) percent.
BONGO: If the player covers all numbered fields by the time the 51th number has been drawn or if BONGO FEVER is in place by the time the 54th number has been drawn, the Bongo prize amounts to € 250.
In the case if there being more than one owner of the winning combination, the prize will be split equally amongst the number of winners.
Prizes are in net values.
10th Special features in the game SUPERBONGO
If the SUPERBONGO prize fund increases to € 34,500, in all the following games with the prize fund of € 35,000 EUR or more a special ball shall be included, called KONGOBALL.
In this case in addition to the numbers from 1 to 75, also the ball Kongoball will be put in the rotating barrel before starting the Bongo game. This ball replaces any number on the playing card.
Kongoball applies in the fourth game, in Bongo game.
If the Kongoball is drawn among the first 50 numbers, it is not regarded as one of the first 50 numbers but only as an additional number and does thus not cover one of the 50 numbers, which are available in the game SUPERBONGO. Example: if 49 balls are drawn and kongoball is drawn as the 50th ball, this is not regarded as the 50th number. This means that 49 real balls have been drawn and one is still available until the Bongo game ends.
In the moment when the display shows that the 50th number has been drawn, the game SUPERBONGO is ended. If kongoball is drawn immediately after the 50th number as the 51th number and fills the winning combination of a guest, the guest will not be entitled to superbongo prize but bongofever or bongo prize.
11th Winners of first prizes
The winner of SUPERBONGO or BONGOFEVER will receive a cheque in the amount equivalent to the value of the prize fund or share of the prize fund. The cheque can be cashed out at the cash desk of the company.
The winner of SUPERBONGO or BONGOFEVER, who is a foreign citizen, will take over all costs associated with the prize in his country.
12th Supervision
All drawing of numbers are carried out under the supervision of a commission, publicly through a microphone in the hall .Tam.Tam. The commission consists of:
• A person who is an employee of the company Kongo, d.d., and
• The leader of the game.
13th Eventual changes
The organiser of the game reserves the right to change:
• Frequency of the Bongo games,
• Increase of the prize fund of SUPERBONGO,
• Winning combinations,
• Disbursements of the prize fund,
• Duration of the game, or
• Method for acquiring coupons for a playing card.
In this case the organiser is obliged to announce the changes publicly 24 hour prior to their validity.
14th Important
All winners of prizes must state the gross amount of the prize in the form for personal tax return for the year in which they received their prize.
Prior to collecting the prize, winners must submit a copy of their tax number and personal identity card.
Only persons over 18 can participate in the game.
Participation in the game is not allowed to employees of the company Kongo Hotel & Casino d.d. as well as their close family members.
All eventual disputes will be solved by the management of the gambling salon.
These rules will take effect when superbongo is won for the first time, in accordance with the adopted resolution on new rules of 6 November 2006.
