Do I have to pay for the ticket for the concert?
In principal, guests of the gaming salon Kongo do not have to pay for the concert. Only reservation of a seat at the table in the hall should be paid additionally.
How to make a reservation for a seat in the hall?
If you wish a seat in the hall, you can make a reservation beforehand.
The reservation can be done at any time before the concert or at telephone number 080 13 19.
The reservation must be confirmed together with payment of the package at least three days after the telephone reservation, otherwise the reservation will be loose and become available to other guests.
On the day of event, at which hour should I come to the gaming salon Kongo so as to avoid the crowd at the reception desk?
Since the hall where events take place is a part of the gambling salon, every visitor of the concert must register at the reception desk of the salon. At the occasion of a bigger concert it is possible that the reception desk becomes crowded. To avoid this situation we recommend making your registration at least an hour and half before the concert.
Visiting us before 8:00 p.m. provides you with a special coupon for a free Kongo Live cocktail! You will find the coupon in the booklet Entertainment program!

For registration you need a valid identity document with photograph (driving license, personal identity card, passport). Only persons over 18 can enter the gaming salon.
When can I enter in the hall?
The hall opens half an hour before the concert starts. It is then that you can occupy your seat or find an appropriate space for standing.
How do I know where is my seat?
At the hall entry two Kongo hostesses will be waiting for you and will show you the reserved seat.
How long will my seat in the hall be waiting for me?
It is the best to occupy your seat on time, before the beginning of the concert, if possible. Fifteen minutes after the concert begins, the reservations become loose and seats may be occupied by other guests, in spite of their eventual reservation.
Any special offer?
At the reception desk you should ask for special Kongo Live packages. These will make your concert evening quite different.
Before the concert, enjoy in the chosen menu. Our suggestion is to have the dinner between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. So you will not be late for the beginning of the concert.
Any other general instruction?
It is advisable to leave your top coats in the cloak room. The clothes will be safe there and your hands will be free.
