General Conditions for Renting a Limo
The Prices and the Paying Conditions
1. The price of the rental is part of the price list for services. For every additional hour of the rental which is provided on your request, we will grant you additional 2 % discount.
2. Before you drive off, you need to pay 50 % of the advance for the planned hours of rental.
3. The drinks in the mini bar of the Limo are charged in the amount they are used, and regarding the price list. They should be paid to the driver before the drive is over. The price list of the drinks is available inside the limo.
Reservation
4. You can make a limo reservation at least two hours before the desired drive.
The Rights and the Obligations of the Driver
5. The driver of the limo has a right to a meal every 6 hours and to a 30 minutes brake, following 4 hours of the continuous driving.
6. The driver has a right to compare the data from the work order with data from identity document of the client. The data will be protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. They can be communicated to the other persons, if so prescribed by law.
The Rights and the Obligations of the Client
7. In a case of a rental for more days, the client has to provide staying for the driver on his own. .
8. Staying is organized by Kongo, and the costs of staying are charged extra.
9. The client is obliged to pay for any prolongation of the rental services, according to the valid price list. Additional time of the rental is charged in the 30 minutes intervals.
10. The client commits to be criminally responsible and liable for damages, if the damages are caused intentionally.
The Rights and the Obligations of Kongo
11. For any expenses due to additional cleaning or damage to the inventory, the client will be issued a receipt.
General Instructions for the Use of the Limo
12. We are not liable for the lost objects in the limo.
13. In a case of a breakdown or an accident we reserve the right to change the limo.
14. In case the instructions are not followed, insulting or intentional damage, the driver has a right to cease the services; in such a case we don’t refund.
15. We reserve the right to refuse the drive to drunken persons, persons under the influence of drugs, and aggressive persons.
The following is not included in the price:
- Costs of the driver’s accommodation, tolls abroad, parking fees, bridge tolls, the drinks in the mini bar of the limo, possible costs at the airport (airport charge), the costs for repair of the damage to the limo, other.
THE PACKAGE LIMO SPECIAL
Particularities
1. The price of the Limo Special package is € 199.00. Upon purchase of the package, you receive gift coupons worth € 200.00 and a free drive in a radius 30 km from Kongo, with a black or white Lincoln limo.
2. You arrange for a starting point and a final destination of the drive. We reserve the right to decline a drive outside the arranged path.
3. The return must be the same day for which the Limo Special package is valid or in 24 hours after the first drive. Also, all the services of the Limo Special package must be used in 24 hours.
4. Mini bar in and tolls are not included in the price of the Limo Special package. .
5. You must pay for the entire Limo Special package before the drive starts at the hotel’s reception or at the limo driver. Possible additional payments are paid to the limo driver on the spot.
6. You can cash in the coupons for all the services of KONGO Hotel & Casino except for the purchase of the Kongo Live packages and plain chips. We advise you to make a reservation in time for the accommodation, or visit of the restaurants Balkango and Mpapatuki.
7. All the general conditions for the limo rental apply for the Limo Special package.
